Some updates on 0.3
If you haven't been following the various updates on Twitter, YouTube or our Discord server, then there's quite a lot to catch up;
Since 0.2.3 release in September 2023, a lot of work has been done to prepare the new 0.3 version, notably an almost complete revamp of the engine, to ensure a more stable experience, and smoother development flow for us in the futur;
This version is also the most feature heavy so far, as we added most of the major features that will be present in the final version of the game, notably the Chips system, that will allow you to customize your gameplay style :
Add to that a disk database similar to Megaman Zero and ZX, side quest system, difficutly settings, language option, etc;
The most notable part of 0.3 is of course the new story area and its new boss, Blaze Beastleo :
As well as a lot of new connecting areas to expand the game's world.
Two new VR stages and bosses are also joining the brawl, one of them being Bubble Crab :
While we originally estimated a possible 2025 release, the team's schedules this year were sadly not in our favor, and it is more realistic to expect a release in 2026 for now, as there's still a lot to do, and we won't crunch the development, nor cut features just for the sake of an earlier release, trust us, it will be worth it.
